The June 22, 2022 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice announcing that the Regional Court for Central Kraków [Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia), Sixth Civil Division, is seeking to establish the legal heirs to the late
Samuel WENDUM, son of Abraham Lipe & Cyrel Leia, born April 12, 1897 and last residing in Kraków, who died May 10, 1946.
To date, the Court has been contacted on this matter by
Michel HAMMEL and
Felice HAMMEL.
Anyone else with a claim to the bequest of the late Samuel WENDUM is asked to contact the Court directly within three months of the publication of the notice. Those contacting the Court should make reference to Docket No. VI Ns 433/20/S.
