The inscription calls her Rachel Deborah, daughter of …, son of Rabbi Gaon Israel Heilprin, and wife of Rabbi Great Gaon ABD in our Kehila … Pinchas HaLevi 

These are probably among the sources for the entry about her in Neil Rosenstein's The Unbroken Chain (TUC).

TUC 2nd edition, p.503: G9.2. Rachel Deborah, married R. Phineas halevi Horowitz, the prominent Chassidic leader and ABD of Frankfurt (author of the Hafla'ah, which mentions his wife's ancestry)."
