Finally, we'll explore options for you to get research help via free services like the Community, Virtual Genealogy Consultations, Family History Centers, and the Record Lookup Service.

W. Todd Knowles is a Deputy Chief Genealogical Officer at FamilySearch, where he has worked for 22 years. His own journey in family history began at an early age, searching for his great grandfather, a Polish Jew. From those early beginnings, the Knowles collection was created. The Knowles Collection is comprised of 6 databases that contain the genealogical records of 1.5 million Jews. The collection is available at FamilySearch.org.
