There's a Selig Schlesser on the 1930 census in Brooklyn, born about 1890 in Poland, he's single, a singer / theatrical, living at 95 Wilson Street as a roomer. Selig Schlesser's 1928 petition for naturalization papers say he was born in Warsaw April 4, 1889. They give his wife (Minnie) and children's names (Sarah & David), and that they live in Austria. Selig arrived 1923. The passenger manifest gives his occupation as actor, and that nearest relative left behind is wife Mindel Schlesser in Vienna. Selig was gong to his brother Jese Schlesser in Brooklyn at 26 Moore St. Manifest notes something about defective vision. Good luck in your search,

I am looking for any information about a Selig or Felix Schlesser. He was born c.1890 and lived in Vienna. He lived in NYC at 320 Roebling Street in Brooklyn in 1928.
