According to my ggreatuncle's diary, a certain Rabbi Mordechai Leib of Ruzhin, was the Av Bet-Din in Pinsk/Karlin during the 19th century and that he was a "She'er basar" (blood relative) of our Family. On my searches of rabbis during the 19th century o think i found that R' Zackheim did serve there at that time.
My ggreat uncle was Reb Chaim Dov Kantor who was the mashgiach of the yekev on zichron yacov and lived in zichron. His daughter married a WEISFISH (who was murdered in the 1920s.
If anyone on this list is connected to the ZACKHEIM family, I would be happy to hear a confirmation of the above. I have seen the book " The Scattered Seeds".
