Jewish Records Indexing Poland holds a comprehensive set of vital records for all the members of the above-listed DYMANT/SILBERING/FAJERSZTAJN family group.
If you believe you may be descended from one of these individuals , we would encourage you  to  contact the JRI-Poland Town Leader for Brzeziny https://jri-poland.org/town/brzeziny/
 or Łódź https://jri-poland.org/town/lodz/
The vital records we hold could help you to provide evidence to the Court of your line of descent.

We would also particularly like to find descendants of
person 3
Chaim Chaskiel DYMANT/DIAMANT   and his son
person 5
Symcha Fiszel DYMANT/DIAMANT

Simcha DYMANT/DIMANT provided a page of testimony to Yad Vashem in 1977 , testifying that his father, Chaim Chaskiel [ Haim Yechezkel ] had perished in the Shoah :https://yvng.yadvashem.org/nameDetails.html?language=en&itemId=789059&ind=1

Some smart detective work by IGRA members has established that Simcha DYMANT almost certainly died in 1998. A search of the Billion Graves database revealed his matzeva in the Har Menuchot Cemetery, Given She'll, Jerusalem, which  is inscribed:

Simcha Ephraim Fishel DIMANT

Born June 28 1918, Died Nov 1915 1998 [ 26 Cheshvan 5759]
Son of Haim Yehzkel DIMANT.
Billion Graves also lists another ( surviving? ) relative, named Frajdel.

We think it is very likely that Simcha Dimant  married and had children and grandchildren.
We would like if possible, to locate any such living descendants of Simcha DIMANT, since they would be entitled to register their interests to the Polish Court.

Dear JewishGenners:

The December 1, 2022 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice from the Regional Court of Central Łódź [Sąd Rejonowy dla Łodzi-Śródmieścia], Second Civil Division, on behalf of the State Treasury as represented by the Mayor of Łódź announcing that they are seeking to have the following individuals declared deceased:

  1. Rywka Gitla (née DYMANT/DIAMANT) FAJERSZTAJN, daughter of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Brzeziny on October 2/14, 1892, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Moszka Jankiel FAJERSZTAJN, son of Pinkus & Kajla (née BIRENBAUM), born in Chęciny in 1891, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Chaim Chaskiel DYMANT/DIAMANT, son of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Brzeziny on January 2/14, 1900, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Perła Ajgla DYMANT/DIAMANT, daughter of Chaim Chaskiel & Bajla, born in Łódź on May 20, 1917, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Symcha Fiszel DYMANT/DIAMANT, son of Chaim Chaskiel & Bajla, born in Łódź on June 27, 1918, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Ruchla DYMANT/DIAMANT, daughter of Chaim Chaskiel & Bajla, born in Łódź on May 11, 1920, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Perła Ejgla DYMANT/DIAMANT, daughter of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Brzeziny on June 6/19, 1903, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Alta DYMANT/DIAMANT, daughter of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Brzeziny on April 18/May 1, 1907, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Chaja DYMANT/DIAMANT, daughter of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Brzeziny on April 18/May 1, 1907, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Abram Moszka DYMANT/DIAMANT, son of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Brzeziny on June 19/July 2, 1909, last residing in Łódź;

  1. Rachmil Józef DYMANT/DIAMANT, son of Jakub Matys & Szajndla Matla (née SILBERING), born in Łódź on December 1/14, 1912, last residing in Łódź.

The State Treasury’s request to have this family declared deceased presumably has to do with the seizure by the city government of property belonging to this family.  The law requires them to announce their intention so that any potential heirs or those with information indicating that they or their descendants survived can come forward.  Those with knowledge of this famliy and its fate are asked to contact the Court directly within three months of the notice’s publication, otherwise the property will pass into government hands.

In contacting the Court, reference should me made to Docket No. II Ns 511/21.

Best wishes,
