Helena M Oppenheimer: Immigration to U.S #germany

Richard Dassow

Looking for more info on Helena M. Oppenheimer and her arrival in U.S June 6, 1907.
She was to meet her uncle L. Traemkel.  Can't find any info on L. Traemkel. What would/could be a name for the letter L.?
She came to U.S. to be married to a Jewish Lawyer in N.Y. No name...
She met my wife's grandfather Ferdinand C. Weyland on the boat and the were married a few years later. That's  history.

Can't find her parent's. Confusing...??

Helen is line #ll on ships list
Ferdinand is #18

My wife's tree on Ancestry is Naomi Dassow Family Tree

Richard,

The 1947 obit of  Helen WEYLAND (wife of Rev. F.C. WEYLAND) mentions that Helen was born 09/15/1880 in Iserlehn, Germany.

Iserlehn may be a misspelling of Iserlohn, Germany.

Andrew WEYLAND has a tree on Ancestry that gives Helen's parents as Solomon OPPENHEIMER and Emilia FESLBERG.  A scan of Helen and Ferdinand's 1910 Wisconsin marriage validates those names.  The scan is attached to the tree on Ancestry.

Good luck in your search,
