I am happy to reportthat this morning I found the answer to my recent question about four Hebrew letters on a gravestone. Even though none of her surviving children remembered her name as anything other than Leiba, one of them sent me a copy of her Ketubah which names her as Hashla Leiba, just as apparently it does on the matzeva, so it turns out is an uncommon Yiddish name.
