The January 19, 2023 edition of the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita carried a legal notice from the Regional Court of Central Łódź [Sąd Rejonowy dla Łodzi-Śródmieścia], Third Civil Division, on behalf of the State Treasury as represented by the Mayor of Łódź, announcing that the Court is seeking to declare the following individual to be deceased in connection with ownership of a property in the city:
Pola (née SZEFNER) GELBART/GELBARD, daughter of Aron/Urin & Frymeta (née MILICH), born in Łodź on June 4/16, 1893.
Her last known address in the Staromiejski Park, in the property registered as Rep. Hip. 817, Bałuty Nowe Nr 21.
Any heirs to Ms. Gelbart/Gelbard or anyone with information regarding heirs to Ms. Gelbart/Gelbard is asked to contact the Court directly within three months of the publication of the notice. In contacting the Court, please make reference to Docket No. III Ns 754/22.
