Joanne Bober

Hello
I wonder if anyone would kindly be able to translate  the Hebrew  for me in my gt grandfather's marriage  authorisation, attached.
I am hoping  the information  might further  my family  history  journey.
Thank you for your help

Your GGF was Israel son of Yehuda aka Leyb.
You GGM is: "The converted woman Miryam daughter of the Patriarch Abraham (in Hebrew: Avraham Avinu)".  Daughter or son of Avraham Avinu are the names given to people who have converted to Judaism and been accepted as Jews by a Rabbinical court.

Your GGF had a brother: Ze'ev aka Wolf.  There are additional words after the name.  I can make out "will be" but don't understand the last word.

The Hebrew date was Sunday, the 13th day of the Hebrew month of Tamuz.

Hi Joanne,

This marriage took place at the United Synagogue's East London Synagogue, at the time of the marriage
the biggest proportion of marriages took place at this synagogue. I believe that the duplicate marriage registers
are located at the Tower Hamlets Archive in Bancroft Road.

Best regards,
