Hi, 

Can someone help me translate this birth record? I am assuming it is either Lithuanian or Polish but I am not sure.

Here is another record, from the town of Myszyniec Poland. Also Poland near Lithuania. Can someone translate it for me? A Polish friend of mine could not translate all of it as his mother said it was not classic Polish.

Birth 84 reg. in Myszyniec Dec 29, 1930, born Dec 2, 1924 of Fejga PEJSON dau. of Jankiel, 48, shoemaker and Ester nee KUSMIEREK, 46.

Record is in Polish as are all pre 1868 and post 1915 birth, marr., and death records of Poland (otherwise are in Russian).

Thanks. Can you please tell me what is the word just after my mother Fejga's name starting with a "P"? 

Also, is it possible that my grandfather signed this form lower right where it says " J Pejson"?

Hi again. I received email from Polish authorities of birth/death records for my grandparents which were authorized posthumously around 1950. I guess my mom needed them researched and they came up with these forms. Regardless, besides their birth and death dates it has the names of my mom's grandparents, including my great grandmother's maiden name. 

The first jpg shows where my grandmother died- we knew it was in Russia, which is what it says here. But what town is the first word?

The second jpg has my great grandmother Fejga's maiden name but I can't read it. Any help?

Third, my other great grandmother Bluma Pejson. Is her maiden name "Kierzcenblum" or something like it? There seems to be alot of letters here!

The place in Russia appears to be something like Zlotopust, but the only Jewish community I know of in Russia would have been Zlotopol, now Zlatopil', Ukraine.  Fejga's maiden name is Blumenstejn.  And Feiga's maiden name appears to be Kierszenblum.  The grammatical endings at the end of the nouns (including proper nouns, especially the -ow ending at the end of the surnames) tend to confuse the issue a bit.

Fejga is the newborn child’s name and it is the last word of the sentence.  The next word begins the following sentence which says that the failure to register the birth at the appropriate time was due to an oversight by the father.
