My mother, who was from Belgium, and some members of her family spent the last couple of years of WWII in Moirans, France. My great-grandmother died there in late 1944. I will be in France in October of this year and want to visit the area (and find her grave, if possible). While I can certainly rent a car and do this on my own, it would be better if there was someone with more local knowledge of the area, the history of the area, and the like. It would be a one-day "assignment" so the Jewish Tour companies I've found aren't interested. Can anyone recommend a localized tour guide who might be willing to take on this task?
