While Discussion Group Guidelines does not allow political postings at all, this post from new Georgia Senator Jon Issoff goes to the heart of genealogy and while not political, it was inspiration for many of our ancestors of what could happen if they left the oppression of the "old country" and opportunities that await them in other countries, such as the United States. In my opinion, it is worth sharing.
