The June 21, 2022 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice from the Regional Court of Kraków-Podgórze, Twelfth Civil Division, announcing that the Court is preparing to decide on the inheritance of the late
Wiktor Hersch ABEND, son of Izaak & Mindel (née Pomeranz) ABEND,
who passed away in Haifa, Israel on May 9, 1966.
The Court thus far acknowledges the following as parties to the case:
