The May 17, 2022 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice from the Regional Court for Central Kraków [Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia], First Civil Division, indicating that the Court is preparing to declare the following individuals deceased, presumably in connection with clearing title to an abandoned property:

Izaak ABRAHAMOWICZ, son of Mojżesz HILFSTEIN & Chaja ABRAHAMOWICZ, born February 12, 1885 in Ruszcza, last residence most likely ul. Miodowa 3, Kraków;

Mindel ABRAHAMOWICZ, daughter of Hirsch-Herman GERSTENFELD & Marjema (née NEUGER), born September 20, 1890 in Czatkowice-by-Trzebinia, last residence most likely ul. Miodowa 3, Kraków;

Róża ABRAHAMOWICZ, daughter of Izaak ABRAHAMOWICZ & Mindel GERSTENFELD, born December 27, 1913 in Kraków, last residence most likely ul. Miodowa 3, Kraków;

Leon ABRAHAMOWICZ, son of Izaak ABRAHAMOWICZ & Mindel GERSTENFELD, born July 28, 1915 in Kraków, last residence most likely ul. Miodowa 3, Kraków.

The above-named, their heirs or others with knowledge of their fate are asked to contact the Court within three months from the publication of the notice; otherwise the above-named will be declared deceased. 

In contacting the Court, reference should be made to Docket No. I Ns 107/22/S.
