The January 19, 2023 edition of the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita carried a legal notice from the Regional Court of Central Łódź [Sąd Rejonowy dla Łodzi-Śródmieścia], Third Civil Division, on behalf of the State Treasury as represented by the Mayor of Łódź, announcing that the Court is seeking heirs to the following individual:

Izaak (Icchok) BAUMGOLD, son of Perec & Chaja, who died in Łódź on February 5, 1918. 

His last known address was:  ul. Południowa 28 (the street is now called ul. Rewolucji 1905 r.).

Any heirs to Mr. Baumgold or anyone with information regarding heirs to Mr. Baumgold is asked to contact the Court directly within three months of the publication of the notice.  In contacting the Court, please make reference to Docket No. III Ns 712/22.
