Are birth records of a now deceased person born in Warsaw about 1921-23 available on line? I know there is a 100 year restriction and if so could the daughter of this person still apply to the Polish authorities for the record if it survived the war. Any advice greatfully received.

Try emailing  Urzad, the Warsaw archives.   uscskz@.... It may take a little while but they are good at replying.  I applied for my deceased mum's birth record for 1925.
