The November 29, 2022 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice from the Regional Court of Central Łódź [Sąd Rejonowy dla Łodzi-Śródmieścia], Third Civil Division, indicating that the Court is in the process of reviewing the inheritance case of the following individual:

Szmul DANCYGER or DANCYGIER, son of Dawid & Ita Mirla, born in Pławno on May, 12, 1870, last resided in Łódź, died in Skarżysko-Kamienna [labor camp] on October 10, 1943.  The property in question is in Staromiejski Park (ul. Wolborska 7) and is listed in the land registry as Rep. 978, Hip. 220.

Heirs to the above-named individual or those with knowledge as to the fate of his heirs are asked to contact the Court within three months of the publication of the notice; otherwise, hs rights will be forfeited.

Those contacting the Court should make reference to Docket No. III Ns 270/22.
