The woman and the man at the right remained in Ukraine/URSS. The others migrated to Argentina c.1913.

I do not recognize the people in the picture but the interesting thing is your search about the Silbert family that migrated to Argentina in 1913. My grand mother family name was Silbert and I know that her parents came from Ukraine, Russia. 

Do you know something more about this family? I can tell you some about mine maybe there is some relation.

By the way I also live in Israel .
