you are right - that name is clearly in the index but also clearly is not on the cited page 164 .   I found the same  rabbit hole which seems to have a large-eared rabbit chewing a carrot and saying Eh whats up doc?

my only suggestion is to send a message to ask an archivist in the American Jewish Archives - that must have been mis-indexed but is highly likely to be in there somewhere - just not on the page indicated
