Fraenkels from Letichev #ukraine

My great grandmother, n. Rachella Fraenkel, was from Letichev, now Ukraine.
She married my ggf  Schmuel Dovid Silberman(n) and gave birth to my gf in Podwoloskaya, now Pidvolochisk.

I am searching for Fraenkel relatives from Letichev.
