The May 25, 2022 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice announcing that the Regional Court of Western Lublin [Sąd Rejonowy Lublin-Zachód], Eighth Civil Division, on behalf of the State Treasury as represented by the Mayor of Lublin, is seeking the heirs of
Mojżesz GOLDMAN, son of Dawid GOLDMAN of Lublin
in connection with settling the title of properties he owned located on ul. Krochmalna & ul. Betonowa in Lublin
registered as ”dz. nr 62/4, 62/5 and 62/6, obr. 0017 – Krochmalna” and consisting of 0.2153 hectares (0.532 acres).
Those with information regarding Mr. Goldman’s heirs are asked to contact the Court within three months of the publication of the notice; otherwise, the property will be granted to the Lublin municipality.
