The March 7, 2023 edition of the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza carried a legal notice from the Regional Court for Kraków’s Podgórze District [Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Podgórza], First Civil Division, announcing that the State Treasury as represented by the mayor of Kraków is seeking to clear title to a property currently in the de facto possession of the State Treasury and Kraków municipality.  In order to do so, the Court is required to make inquiries to establish if the pre-war owner is alive or has living heirs.  The pre-war owner has been identified as:

Kronia (Kreinia?) HAMERSFELD.  Her property is on ul. Krzemionki in Kraków-Podgórze and is designated as “dz. nr 425, obr. 12 Podgórze, LWH nr 274 Kraków-Podgórze."

The Court requests that any heirs to the above-named contact the Court directly within three months of the notice's publication.  In communicating with the Court in this matter, reference should be made to Docket No. I Ns 268/22/P.
