Can someone post a translation of the headings in the metric books that Alex Krakovsky posted, from the Ukrainian Archives?

Different metric books might have different headers.  It would help if you post a screenshot of the header or a link the specific pdf file.

If you access the page using Google Chrome, it will translate the headers into passable English. Note, for example, "Revision List" translates out to fairy tales or auditory tales.
