Can someone transcribe these Hebrew headstone inscriptions?

On the right: 

Here is buried or here rests (two letter abbreviation)

Sarah daughter of Reb Aharon

Perlstein 74 years old

Born 29th day of the Jewish month of Adar in the year 5651 (5651 years since the creation of the world)

Passed away on the 25th day of the month of Elul in the year 5725.

Here year of death is also incorrect, again depending on which date is more accurate, 
September 2, 1964 was the 25th of Elul, in the year 5724, not 5725. I imagine that being that her death was literally five days before Rosh Hashanah, here stone was not engraved until after the High Holidays and by that time already the the new year of 5725, so the mistake was a natural one. Although it does seem that maybe someone caught the mistake after the lower leg of the Hey was engraved, because it was not darkened by the lead paint, so it still looks like a Daled.

Born 17th day of the Jewish month of Tamuz in the year 5742

Passed away 24th day of the Jewish month of Nisan in the year 5715

"May his soul be bound in the bundle of life"

There are mistakes in the dates, depending on whether the Hebrew dates are accurate or the English dates.
24th of Nisan, 5715 was on Saturday April 16, 1955 not April 6th.
But if the English Date April 6, 1955 is accurate than the stone should have said, 14th of Nisan not 24.
14th of Nisan is of course the day before Pesach (Passover).
