Help me figure out where the immigrant was going #usa

Bob Silverstein

I would like to know where Gershon Meszanin was going to in Chicago on this ship manifest.  He was line 22 and the destination was 18.  The very first word is the relation of the immigrant to the host.  The term "agch" appears elsewhere in the column.  Does anyone know what this means?  Also, can anyone figure out the street name?  The street number, 2329, and "St." are clear but not the actual street name.  The embed and attachment are the same.

Thanks for your help.

Here is the index card where you can read the name of the address.
He was going to his brother in law.
The first word is "acqu" probably an abbreviation for acquaintance.
