The March 10, 2023 edition of the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita carried a legal notice from the Regional Court of Jasło, First Civil Division, regarding the claim by one Michał Włudzik to a piece of property located in Jasło. Before granting title to Mr. Włudzik, the Court wishes to establish if the previous owner or any of his heirs is still living. The pre-war owner was:
Altman KLERMAN, whose last known residence was ul. Gimnazjalna in Bydgoszcz. The property in question, however, is situated in Jasło and designated as ”dz. ewid. nr 166/1, obr. 06-Zachód” consisting of 0.1592 hectares (0.393 acres).
The Court calls upon any heirs to Altman KLERMAN or anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of heirs to Altman KLERMAN to contact the Court directly within three months of the publication of the notice. In contacting the Court, referemce should be made to Docket No. I Ns 604/22.
