Looking for Doividovich-birth recs, marriage recs/Shoah #russia

My maternal great great grandparents were: Meyer and Fredke Davidovich of Grodno Poland. They had 5 children: Eleck, Morris, Dinke/Denah, another daughter and Sarah. Sarah ..my great grandmother..was born (1888) and married Sam Spindler and he came to Galveston in 1912 (SS Hanover).
Here is my question: all siblings came to USA* except the un named sister, her husband whose name I do not know and their 2 children. We were always told they were murdered in the Shoah. Im stumped- ie finding birth records for the Davidovich family, the name of this un named sister and her marriage record.* Any help?
