I am researching Louis & Ida (Bindefsky) Russakoff & family for their emigration

to the US.  They left Bessarabia, Moldova. They arrived 1903/1904 Baltimore, MD.
Other possible spellings could be (using some creativity) Russakoff, Russakov, Ragnikowa (Reba Koff Nat document)

US Census spellings – 1910 - Kofsky, 1920 - Koff

There is one document for name change Harry Russakoff to Koff.

I searched Ancestry.com & Cindi’s list, and still came up with no additional info.

I am guessing the port leaving Europe indicates Russakoff. What the arriving written/typed entry could be Russakoff, Koff, Ragnikowa
