I have 3 other handwritten inscriptions I found in my gr grandfather's prayer book from 1857.   There are three attached photos. In one the inscription is obvious. In another other photo there are some faint sepia ink letters handwritten over red printed hebrew letters...may be impossible to read. In the third is a child's pencil writing in hebrew. Thank you.

The middle picture one says: "This Chumash [Bible] belongs to the Bachur [unmarried male] Baruch Mendel son of Yehoshua Cohen 'nun-yud' [may his light shine]"
I cannot make out the last three letters on the second line.

From the title page, it appears this was a Chumash with a commentary of Rabbi Chaim Yosef David Azulai [1724-1806], with the prayers printed in the back.
