Need help reading names on marriage certifice #records

i believe this is the correct certificate for the marriage of my maternal relative Samual Okun to Rose Palley (sometimes spelled Pailley) but some of the information doesn't agree with other information I have. Samuel does appear to have been farming with my grandfather Simon Okun in Toland just before this and 115 Hinsdale is the address Simon used when placing some of his children in the Hebrew Orphan Asylum after the death of my grandmother Rebeca Ettinger Okun also in 1910.
 
Other info I have suggests that the name of Rose's father was Louis but the initial looks like an S which is consistent with other places on the form that clearly are an S.
 
I'm not at all sure what the initial of her mother is.
 
The only B Okun I can locate is a Barnet Okun whose children's names seem to agree with memories of other cousins but records saved by other people suggest that his wife's maiden name was not Goldstein.
 
I would appreciate any help in making sense of the apparent conflicts.  My tree is June Genis Family Tree on Ancestry. It is Public so all of these people should be searchable.

There's a Rose PALLEY (born 1889 Russia) on the 1905 NY State Census living about 9 blocks from 115 Hinsdale with parents Jacob and Lena.

Same lady, or just coincidence?
