The best way to get tombstone translations, especially for stones with this much Hebrew text, is to post them to jewishgen's ViewMate.

Meanwhile, I can tell you that the man's' name was SHLOMO NATAN son of Chayim Nachum the Levite.  He passed away 24 Kislev 5704 (December 20-21, 1923.

The woman's name was GRONA daughter of Shmuel the Levite.  She passed away 22 Elul 5699 (September 5-6, 1999).

I believe Fredel's translation of the years is off. 
Grona is 1939,  Shlomo Nathan is 1943.
