There are two postings: front and back of a travel pass (I think) issued to a Polish refugee in 1946 in USSR(?) to allow return to Poland. I am looking to confirm what type of document it is, when and how it was used, dates, locations, who would have made the stamps, was the doc used in USSR only, also in Poland, any other info on it?
