I would appreciate some help with translating the attached death record of Icko Mejer SHEKHTMAN d.1866 in Wisznice. The index on JRI-Poland gives his parent's first names. I am hoping to learn his mother's maiden name, and a spouse's name, if listed.  It is Akta 2.
