I have never been able to find the marriage certificate of one of my grandfather’s brothers: Josef Lubasz (or Lubasch) born January 12 1897 in Krakow married to Raia Lerner. The only information I have is that he survived the war in Warsaw, but Raia and their two sons perished during the Holocaust. Where can I locate their sons birth certificate or any information of when they were born and their names?
