Should the town Loginin be Logishin? #records

I think the town shown below, Loginin, might be wrong.  This citation is from the Belarus records.  My Tzipershteyn's came from Logishin which is near Pinsk.  Could Loginin have been read wrong?  What does mms112 mean in the the gubernia column?
