Srul NERUBAY (Nerobaj) Held For Special Inquiry in 1906 - was he deported? #usa

Hello,
I am trying to determine the fate of my great-great-grandfather, Srul NERUBAY. Srul and his son Motel arrived in New York on the SS Noordam on April 11, 1906. (Their name was spelled Nerobaj). Srul was destined for Philadelphia to join his son-in-law, S. WOLODARSKY (my great-grandfather). On Srul's manifest page, there is a note stating "Drs. memo senility". Srul is also listed on a page for Aliens Held For Special Inquiry, with the note "LPC" (likely public charge).
There is an "Admitted" stamp next to Srul and Motel's names on the manifest. However, is it still possible that they were deported? And if so, would there be any record of it? According to my family history, Srul NERUBAY died in Skvira, not in America. I have not found any trace of Srul or his son Motel in U.S. records.

On the manifest page the two are stamped "Admitted" On the BSI page
they are listed as having been admitted on April 12, shortly after
10:00. There is absolutely no question that that were admitted.
