Состоялось в посаде Ирена 6-го января 1873 года.  Явился лично еврей Борух Мейлех, 30-и лет, житель посада Ирена, в присутстсвии свидетелей Пинхеса Альтшулера, 70-и лет, житель посада Ирена и Гаврилы Шведа, 76-и лет, житель посада Бобровники, оба религиозные служащие и предъявили нам младенцев - близнецов мальчика и девочку, объявляя, что они родились в посаде Ирена 5-го января сего года в 12 часов дня от его законной жены Рели, 30-и лет.  Младенцам этим даны имена Герш-Вульф и Дудля-Мильграм  Акт сей по прочтении ими и нами подписан.
