Synagogue records from Eperjes/Presov Synagogue in Saros County mention that in 1813 Eliazer Glueck resided in Felrener. Unable to locate this village. Does anyone know where it is located please?

Please share the source or the link to the document you read this town name in. I am very positive it is a transcription/reading error and it would be something like Felso-something but I would need to see.

Marcia, Perhaps this site, which lists the towns & villages in Saros County, will be helpful in finding "Felrener." The list is alphabetical. Assume that "Felrener" is some form of misspelling, and check the list for something close to that. http://www.hungarianvillagefinder.com/HVFIndex2/41_SAROS.html Many towns had different names in various languages, including Yiddish variants.
