The David Rumsey Map Collection at Stanford University https://www.davidrumsey.com/ is a terrific source for high-resolution scans of historical maps of all periods in all languages. I did a quick search for railroad maps that might be useful to you and found a very nice 1914 Russian railroad map that covers eastern Europe and western Russia  https://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/detail/RUMSEY~8~1~307217~90077131:Skhema-zhelieznykh-dorog---Evropeis?sort=Pub_List_No_InitialSort%2CPub_Date%2CPub_List_No%2CSeries_No

and a 1933 Swiss map that shows Europe's railway connections with Switzerland  https://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/detail/RUMSEY~8~1~299692~90070718:Map-Showing-the-International-Railw?sort=Pub_List_No_InitialSort%2CPub_Date%2CPub_List_No%2CSeries_No

Here's a 1948 map of Central Europe showing the railway lines during WWII
https://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/detail/RUMSEY~8~1~206012~3002862:Europe-?sort=Pub_List_No_InitialSort%2CPub_Date%2CPub_List_No%2CSeries_No

From a different collection, a Russian 1941 map showing the USSR railway network can be found here
